Orders made and paid before 15:00 will be processed the same day on working days. Our partner, BPOST, offers next-day delivery from Monday to Friday.

If you need a different colour or size, please return the item in the original box with your order details enclosed. One-time returns are free; we normally provide you with a voucher for the shipping cost but if you get in contact through hello@coletoriginal.com we can also send you the shipping label.

We accept payments via Mollie and PayPal or transfers directly to our bank account: KBC BE95 7340 5026 0658.

Orders paid on our bank account will be shipped once the payment is received.

Our fabrics are a combination of bamboo (95%) and elastane (5%) so there's a wide window between sizes. 

For example: 65 kg and 178 cm will fit a M if preferred to be worn a bit wider but will also fit an S. I also wore the M while pregnant :) and it fitted perfectly.

As we will never produce too much pieces, it might be possible that your size or colour is out of stock.
