SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At the moment, we ship without charge within BENELUX for all orders above 110 EUR.
For all other orders we charge a shipping cost or give you the opportunity to arrange a pick-up at our office in KRUISEM. We also deliver packages once a week, free of charge, within a 10 km range of KRUISEM.
All orders placed before 15:oo will be packed and processed the same day, if products are available. Within Belgium, we offer 'next day delivery'. Our partner, BPOST, delivers from Monday to Friday.
The shipping costs will be added during checkout based on the delivery address. The rates depend on the total weight of your order.
Please note that the delivery times that are provided with your order confirmation are just an indication of the number of business days it takes for an order to be delivered after receiving your order confirmation. We have no influence on delivery delays. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery time is not respected. If the shipment did not arrive on time, we cannot grant you a refund of the shipping costs on terms of non-compliances.
To calculate the delivery costs, please add any product to your shopping cart, click on checkout and select your country. The delivery costs for your order will then be displayed automatically.
WRONG ADDRESS?
Please contact us as soon as possible when you notice a wrong address.
There's no problem changing it when the order hasn't been send out for shipping. We can no longer make adaptions to the address once the order is shipped.
PAYMENT
All orders can be paid during check-out. For security reasons, we do not accepted cash payment at pick-up. For online payment, we work together with verified partners, Mollie Payments and PayPal.
All sensitive/credit information supplied by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect the information from unauthorized use.
As security is our main priority, your transaction will always be done using a secured connection (https). Also, all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by Mollie and the card issuer/service.
HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR PAYMENT?
If you're having difficulties with the payment, you might want to check your balance. If funds are sufficient, your browser or other technical issues might be the problem.
If the payment didn't went through, we will cancel the order. Please contact us for further handling if you still wish to receive the order.
If you keep having technical problems, please contact your bank for more information. Payment problems are most likely due to insufficient funds or technical card problems.
